The principle of the Vredo cutting filter is simple: if you want to increase the efficiency of your installation and suffer less wear, you need to ensure that heavy parts are separated and maize silage and plant residues are cut. This makes the liquid flow more homogeneous and can be better applied in the injector. This ensures more efficient use of your installation and optimal fertilization results on the land.

The cutting filter is placed in the manure flow. Because the cutting rotor rotates in the flow direction, the filter creates a pumping effect and accelerates the flow. Always a smooth end result!

Biogas installations

When biomass is finely cut before it enters the digester, it significantly increases the gas yield whilst stirring is greatly relieved. Vredo offers a complete series of special cutting filters for biogas installations for fine cutting and feeding of biomass, which lead to a cost-effective and reliably running installation.

Manure separator

One way of complying with agricultural manure standards and limit the expensive disposal of manure is to separate the manure into fractions: a stackable thick fraction and a liquid thin fraction. Manure separation is therefore a strategic choice. It gives you the opportunity to use your manure much more efficiently.
