Precision and versatility in a single pass With a row spacing of 7.5 cm for grassland (overseeding) and 15 cm for arable land (direct seeding), the DZ5 Agri combines precision with versatility. This makes it ideally suited for:
• Overseeding grass;
• Sowing herb-rich mixtures, and;
• Direct drilling of green manures or cover crops on stubble
fields without prior cultivation.
All operations – opening, seeding, and pressing – are completed
in a single pass, saving both time and fuel.

Key innovations are:

Triple Dosing Unit: Enabling simultaneous application of up to three different seed types. Each seed type is assigned to a specific disc row, with individual dosing and sowing depth via the DDS system.

DDS (Dual Depth System) – ensures each seed type is sown at the ideal
germination depth.

• CDS (Crop Drill System) – hydraulic switching between 7.5 cm and 15
cm row spacing, making the machine suitable for both overseeding and
direct drilling.

• Front cultivators – optional front tools that cut, scrape, and clear
crop residues or create light surface disturbance. This optimizes seed
placement and suppresses competition from existing vegetation.

Cultivators: optional pre-cultivators cut, scrape, and clear away grass and
crop residues, or open shallow disturbances in the soil. This creates the
optimal conditions for seed germination and reduces competition from
existing vegetation.
